Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you — the moving company, manager, or individual using HeldSpace — and Homeheld Technologies LLC, the company that owns and operates HeldSpace.

These terms apply to all users of HeldSpace including company administrators, managers, crew members accessing the crew portal, and family members accessing the family portal.

HeldSpace provides a senior move management platform that includes:

• A manager dashboard for creating and managing move jobs
• A crew portal for documenting items and capturing photos
• A family portal for real-time visibility and decision-making
• Memory Brochure generation and delivery
• Digital document signing with audit trail
• Internal quote and estimate tools
• A CEO admin dashboard for company management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will notify active subscribers by email with reasonable advance notice of any significant changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. HeldSpace uses a passwordless magic link system — your login links are sent to your registered email address and are valid for 15 minutes.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use HeldSpace for any purpose other than managing legitimate moving jobs for real clients.

You may not share your account credentials with anyone outside your company or allow unauthorized access to the platform.

HeldSpace is a subscription service. Your subscription begins when payment is processed through Stripe and continues on a monthly or yearly basis depending on the plan you select.

• Monthly plan — billed every 30 days at $49/month. Cancel anytime before your next billing date.
• Yearly plan — billed annually at $399/year. Cancel anytime before your renewal date.
• Founding Member plan — billed monthly at $29/month. Price locked permanently for original founding members.

All payments are processed by Stripe. HeldSpace does not store your credit card information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to HeldSpace — including photos, job records, client information, and documents. By uploading content to HeldSpace, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content you add to HeldSpace. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the privacy rights of any person.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before documenting their belongings using HeldSpace.

HeldSpace provides a digital signature feature that allows family members to sign move documents electronically. Digital signatures created through HeldSpace are intended to be legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state laws.

Each signature is recorded with the signer's name, email address, IP address, timestamp, and a SHA-256 document hash. This creates an audit trail that can be used as evidence of agreement.

HeldSpace does not provide legal advice. If you have questions about the legal validity of a specific signature or document, consult a qualified attorney.

You agree to use HeldSpace only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use HeldSpace to document moves for clients who have not consented to the documentation
• Upload content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use HeldSpace to harass, defame, or harm any person
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the HeldSpace platform
• Share access to the platform with competitors or use it to build a competing product

HeldSpace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homeheld Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of HeldSpace.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of HeldSpace shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

HeldSpace is a documentation tool. We are not responsible for disputes between moving companies and their clients, damage to property during moves, or the legal outcome of any document signed through the platform.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay your subscription fees. We will provide notice before termination except in cases of serious violation.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted, except for digital signature records which are retained for 7 years as required by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of HeldSpace after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
